1. COOKIES MANAGED BY SKILLS MANAGEMENT

All cookies described in this section are sent directly from this site and are used electronically for the purposes indicated in relation to each one. Cookies may be disclosed to third parties.

At any time, the user may, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, upon request sent to the email address info@skillsmanagement.it, obtain confirmation of the existence of the processing of the data in question and the purposes thereof, the indication of the origin of the data, the indication of the logic applied to the processing, the indication of all the elements listed above, as well as:

  • updating, rectification or, when interested therein, integration of the data;
  • the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law.

By sending a request to the above mentioned email address, the user may also object at any time to the further processing of his/her data for profiling purposes.

 

2. TECHNICAL AND AGGREGATE STATISTICS COOKIES

These are cookies whose purpose is essential for the proper functioning of the website and for increasing the functionality and performance of the website itself. A cookie of this type is also used to store a user’s decision on the use of cookies on the website.

Technical cookies are not used for further purposes and may be managed directly by Skills Management or by third parties (see paragraph “Third party cookies”).

Performance or analytics cookies” also belong to this category. These are cookies that collect information, in aggregate and anonymous form, about the number of users and their use of a website (e.g. information about which pages or sections of pages are most frequently viewed and from which pages you receive reports of malfunctions).

This category also includes functionality cookies that allow the user to navigate according to a series of selected criteria (e.g. language, text characters, browser type) in order to improve the service provided.

3. PROFILING COOKIE

In order to provide targeted advertising services or content, to show content and propose commercial initiatives based on the sections of our sites that were most relevant to users and their interests, Skills Management uses profiling cookies storing the choices that users make on the site through navigation.

The use of such cookies requires the prior acquisition of the user’s free informed consent pursuant to art. 23 of Legislative Decree 196/2003. 196/2003. This consent is not compulsory but necessary to allow the correct functioning of all the functions of the site and a better navigation experience.

4. THIRD PARTY COOKIES

In order to provide targeted advertising services or content, Skills Management may use cookies from external websites (so-called “third party” cookies); these cookies are not directly managed by Skills Management, but are installed through the Skills Management website by third party companies that deal with online profiling.

The use of such cookies requires the prior acquisition of the user’s free informed consent, obtained through the methods described in the previous paragraph. This consent is not mandatory but necessary to allow the correct functioning of all the functions of the site and a better navigation experience.
